I founded HireNove because I've always been fascinated by the gap between how work is supposed to happen and how it actually does — especially when deadlines are tight and priorities keep shifting.

What I kept noticing was this: recruitment firms aren't held back by a lack of tools. If anything, they have too many. A new ATS, a sourcing platform, an outreach tool, a calendar integration — each one promising to make things easier. But the existing stack never quite goes away, and nobody has time to make it all work together. So recruiters end up filling the gaps themselves: copying data between systems, chasing updates by hand, managing things through memory and habit.
